One can pick up some goods tips or perhaps some iffie info as we must all remember we all have different hearing and tone correlation, ground differs from area to area, headphone difference and above all know what your settings do as what works for the other guy or gal may not for you as all settings have plus or minus reactions..The idea is and it may tke a bit is to formulate what works best for us. Do remember Quickstart is all average settings and no perfect settings just the one that works for you and imagine if we all posted our favorite settings they may be similiar but doubt if they would be the same so do some experimenting while in the field especially with a iffie signal or perhaps even a perfect signal to see what it would sound like with different tweaks to our settings..and after a while I am sure you will just turn on the unit and be confident if its there you will find it..
