Hey Everyone,
Got my hands on a camera and took some pics of my first Bust Coin- 1838 quarter. It's only worth about $50 and I am considering taking a little baking soda to clean it up. Did the same on the Type I SLQ in the photo and am not too displeased. I realize this is a no-no but I'm not planning on selling any of them.

I need to find a seated quarter to complete a US type quarter slam for the year. I found my first Type I SLQ earlier this year, have a few type II's, Barbers were pretty much the same throughout the mintage, got the Washington and might even have a clad quarter somewhere about. Don't think I'll manage a flowing hair bust around here, but finding a seated quarter is a doable, though not easy, feat to accomplish before the snow flies.
