Here is a quick walk through of how I make beef jerky. My family and I really like this and my friends do too, I usually give the friends a sandwich size bag full when I make a batch. I have made beef jerky several different ways over the years and find this is the easiest and most practical with the exception that I grind my own meat to get very fat free beef in the end! It

Wow! Who knew? Well not me. I do like to eat it but I never knew how it was made.
Ever do any venison jerky? I work with somebody who made a bunch of teriyaki venison jerky. It was awesome.
