The sun come out the past few days so I was able to take some pictures of my 2012 finds. like I said in my other post all of my finds was found using the Xterra 505 with the 10.5 MF coil.

I found 4 gold rings this year.

When it comes to finding Gold rings the trick in doing that is not so mush in the coil you use as much as it is in the location location location you hunt and digging EVERYTHING that beeps in that right location...

Before you ask, lol,,,,, my favorite Location is sports fields. also the only time I do try to find gold in the right location is when their is not very much trash and I am finding more NICKELS then I normally do in those areas. That tells me that the ppl that MDed that area in the past, pasted up on the lower conducters.

I hunt at old schools, parks, yards, farm fields that there use to be 1 Room school houses or farm houses, woods that use to have a home there or something else. sidewalk and street tearouts and just about any piece of ground that I think or know that somebody stood on in the past 100 or so years, lol. oh yea, if I see a pile of dirt anywhere I want to MD it an I'm not joking, lol.
