Pin Pointing issue...

SE-5

New member
Lately when trying to pin point nothing happens, after a few tries it works... I've got over a year swinging the Pro, not an expert but I feel I do the machine pretty well. Seems to be like that in all modes. Any one else having issues like this....

I will admit the pro is a bit temperamental when it comes to pin pointing but all I do is swing across the target from a few different angels both out of pin point mode then again in pin point mode and it works pretty good for me. I also find that the size of the target and depth can have an effect on this feature. I also try to avoid pin pointing in VERY trashy areas
Cheers!

Both my ACE 350 and new AT Pro seem to pin point only from the right side of the target, and only after detecting from the right. Great thing about the pro is it is much more accurate than the 350 and you can pin point just by being in Pro mode with the tone.
