Pinpointing with the T2

As I stated previously, I have a T2 on the way to arrive any day now. Was wondering where on the coil is the hot spot for pinpointing. I assume it's either on the tip or heel, but have seen no information on that. Your help is appreciated.

When you get your T2, look at the top of the coil, just in front of the stem. There is a molded-in round spot about the size of a dime, that is the "Sweet Spot"
for pinpointing. That is what I go on to pinpoint

That small spot just to the front of the shaft is where I pinpoint too. It's usually right on the money. I even put a dab of bright paint on mine so I could see it easily. It helps. HH and good luck.

it tends to move with different sizes and shapes of target though ,that hot spot only really applies to coins
