platinum ring i.d

Nock

New member
tommorow i am going to try to find a lost platinum wedding ring (womens) if anybody can help me with tid numbers that would be a great help.

Thanks for any input .

Platinum is even less conductive than gold. I've found small very gold rings with TID's as low as +4 & +6. So again, depending on size, I'd be looking for anything in the "single digits or low teens". If it was recently lost, it should be on the surface and you might get a "double beep" when passing the coil over it. If you get a "double beep", raise your coil a few inches and X over it to pinpoint. JMHO HH Randy
