Ma: Praying for your back and your respiratory stuff. I had just had two lumbar disks replaced with syntehtic about 9 weeks ago, and the hay fever sneezes are excruciating, so I truly feel your pain!

for you, also, as back pain is debilitating and hay fever, congestion and allergies aren't fun either! I'm doing better but got up with headache because it was going to rain and did just absolutely poured for awhile but has ended! Still gray skies but not the really dark, scarey looking sky that was before it rained! Came out of the Northwest and passed on over into IL probably....crosses over the MS River....which is approximately about 5-6 miles M/L from where I live.
