please pray for our little church.we only have a small church .The main church has told us we will no longer

be able to have there pastor come to our church.We had a meeting the other night and the told us they don;t have the funds to pay a full time pastor They. are trying to get a part time pastor and they want who ever they get to spend all their time looking after there congregation needs. A lot of our comunity church members are upset as they have been having meetings for over 2 months and just got around to letting us know last Sunday.They told us we would have to come to there church or have our membership transferd else were .I have been praying for a peaceful answer to this a very upsetting time in the life of our church. Father, in the name of Jesus, I come to you and ask for you to intervene. You are not a God of confusion and the evil one is causing much grief and confusion to your children at the church that Harold and others attend. Let not the evil win this battle and tear apart the church and scatter your children. Let peace, understanding, love and faith be built upon the situation so that you may receive glory and honor. I receive whatever solution you have for this and know in my heart that your will will be done in Heaven and earth. Thank you Father for hearing my prayer and the prayers of others who bring this before you and for the answering of this and the others prayers. In Jesus precious name. Amen.

You know often times when something like this happens, there is someone in the congregation whom will be led to lead. Remember that as a Christian all of us have the ability to teach, to lead, etc. (As long as we stay within Paul's boundaries anyways, else disaster is sure to follow...)

In one church I was in, we just asked for volunteers to take one Sunday and volunteer to present a lesson that week. Some people were comfortable doing several as long as they were not strung together, others just once a quarter or year. So God worked it out. As I am sure He will.....

I say Amen to Pete's prayer and God will work it all out for you, Harold, and the church congregation by giving it to Him and letting Him handle it in His own time, will and way! I've been in smaller churches and only had a preacher come every third Sunday of the month to lead us and preach and other times we took turns reading the Bible and discussing the Scriptures! I was raised in a one-room church building with a metal-stove in the center for heat in the winter time and no A/C in the hot summer time! Where there is a will there is a way and God is exactly that! God Bless! Betty
