Pocket spill gets my first older silver for 2013

I decided to walk the fairways of the golf course tonight. The areas around the greens were plundered by a couple detectorists back in the 1980's, but the fairways are endless hunting areas. My father in law is the president of the golf club, so I have unlimited access to detect.

The signals are few and far between, but I popped out a Wheatie, then not far away got a good but weird signal and it was the 1920 dime. I checked the hole and there was the 1911 "V" nickel! Thats my third pocket spill consisting of a silver dime along with a "V" nickel. I love those Canada/USA pocket spills....

Very cool indeed! Great to see you are getting some dirt time in, other than construction on your house. Good old finds there!:clapping:
