Possible fracture - update

Posted 7 hours ago

Brian just woke up and we removed the bandage to check his leg. He said it didn't hurt and there isn't any visible sign of fracture...no swelling or bruising.

I felt for a hot spot and where it was bandaged it was very warm, so I'll have to wait until the leg returns to it's normal skin temp before checking again.

He would normally be in a lot of pain, especially when he moves it, if there was a fracture. So, possibly it was the fear of fracture that caused the pain and all is well. We are going to leave the bandage off and check it during the day today because if there is a fracture the pain will rear it's ugly head eventually.

Thank you very much for the prayers!!

Doug

I pray that all goes well and Brian hasn't any fracture to contend with or to cause any pain! Thanks Pete for the update! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
