For those of you that know about my hearing today I have some good news. My Attorney was able to get the three board members and the States Attorney disqualified because they have heard testimony in this case that had to do with the two other individuals involved.

According to the boards own rules they can not rule or hear testimony in my hearing because they have already heard the prior testimony of the other two involved and would not be able to rule in an impartial manner. So it has been continued.

They now have to hire an outside attorney to run my hearing and three impartial members that can set on the board. It will take time and a lot of money on their part.

Good news Randy. Hopefully they will realize it isn't worth hiring ourside help and give the case against you the boot. God is good all the time. Glory to God.
