she is the aunt on Tami's two sons' side by their father (she never married him--Rita's brother-in-law) and just called me for prayer for Rita! She has cancer spreading through her body and her blood (started with breast cancer) and the dr's give her no hope, so since we know God can do all things through His only begotten Son, Jesus, we can pray in faith and ask for her deliverance from this terrible sickness and disease....she is only a few years older than Tami and Tami will be 42 in Oct. Cancer is really prevalent in taking many lives and destroying what little life they do have! Please pray for her and for Tami and the families' peace and comfort with Jesus' loving arms around them! Amen! Tami says she is a Christian (not like I am) but they speak to each other about God often! May God Bless and answer our prayers! Amen! :angel: Ma Betty
 
From my point of view, it isn't the cancer destroying our loved ones but the 'Evil One'. This is why it's so important we and our children have a saving relationship with Jesus Christ, as Lord & Savior. God doesn't promise us we'll have a tomorrow. That's why it's so important we live our lives giving glory to Him. None the less, Rita will be in my thoughts and prayers.
 
Of course, Martin, it is the evil one called, satan--the devil, but his causing disease of cancer and other horrible and terrible diseases is what destroy bodies and then lives!
Those who are of Christ faith, often suffer from satan's wickedness, but by believing faith in Jesus, we can endure and overcome all things better than those who don't have Him as their own personal Savior! Also, when we do die, we have a far better place to go to than the sinners, who are unbelievers in Christ Jesus! May God Bless! Amen! :angel: Ma Betty
