Hi everyone.
Please keep me in mind as I'm having shoulder surgery tomorrow ( Friday ) at 9:45. They say it should take 1 1/2 hours for the surgery.
I'm told I could be off work anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 month depending on how it goes.
Got to get the 'ol arm fixed up for next years detecting.
Hold the fort down on the forum as I wont probably wont be on line for a few days.
God bless
Greg from Mi.

I lucked out, no major repair needed, just shaved the small rotator cuff tears, but I had a very large bone spur which was the main problem I had and they ground that away. Never had to open me up, just the three small holes. Big difference in recovery time.
Best of luck to you and hope all goes well.
Don

Good luck Greg, it will hurt like heck for awhile but you get some pain killers! Just think about all those finds waiting out there -yu got to be in shape!

We'll we know you waited for the snow to fall to do this. I understand your pain. shoulder surgery is no joke. The only advise I can give you is to grab a good civil War bullet and bite down. Make sure you have your prescription filled as soon as possible. Don't get addicted to the vicatin no matter how much you like it, and rest that shoulder. 3 months is a good start. When you get better, look me up and we'll go do some swinging. Take care
Tom

I talked with Greg this afternoon and thought you would like to know he is doing ok.
His surgery went without complications and he is home recovering.
He calls us the club bookends now since we are both still in a sling.
