Just got call from the daughter of my former landlady that her mother, Ruth McInnis passed away. This lady was the salt of the earth and had "adpoted " me during my single days before I met Marie. I occuppied the downstairs of her dwelling for several years and we became quite close. A lifetime active member of the Knox's United church she devoted a lot of time to community and volunter organizations. Will miss her dearly!
 
and to those who knew her and loved her. A sad day here with the loss of a wonderful person but we know how pleased God is to know that one more of His own is coming home.
My prayers for comfort and understanding during this time go out to you and to all the others.
