Where I work,I am in quality control...my boss told me last night he needed me to inspect and approve 2 sets of 'perfect' parts of what we make for one of the big 3 for shipment to them tomorrow(today)... These parts we make for them is a low-quantity knid of thing;but my boss told me we were going after what Ed Sullivan would call "A REALLY BIG SHOE"...an OEM contract for these parts-They said it would be for over ONE MILLION of these parts-So
LEASE pray my Co. gets this contract-an engineer told me we will probably know by Friday about it.If we get it,I will be in a ticker-tape parade and meet THE PRESIDENT...Well;not really-but it will be a GREAT shot in the arm for my Co.-I am just one small part doing my job there-A LOT of small parts doing their jobs will get a big WAY TO GO
