Just read Doug had to take Brian back to Vandy (the post was 12 hours ago) for excessive bleeding and pain. The hope to be home today. Keep Brian in your prayers today. Thank you.
We're praying for you all Doug.
 
Will have Brain in my thoughts..... I feel so sorry for them. I know this kid has been to many times in the hospial.

Welcome to the forum Eric and for your prayers! Yes, Brian, has been through too many surgeries, drs and hospital stays! All of us praying will reach God for comfort and healing than just one or two, because we never know which praying one or more reaches the heavenly throne! Thank you, again, and post often! Tell us about your detecting and Netherlands! I really would like to hear and see some pics of both! :)

...to all for your prayers. We just got back from having a CT scan done of his neck and head to check for new tumor growth and swollen tissue from the surgery. Brian is having problems swallowing and was getting dehydrated and he was bleeding quite a bit for 6 days post surgery so I brought him back to Vanderbilt yesterday morning. Now, we are waiting on the results of the scan to determine what to do next.

...he is sleeping peacefully right now and I hope to the same soon. When I'm through doing laundry. Thought of everything when I did my super fast packing job Tuesday morning except for an extra shirt for Brian!!

Brian smiled when I told him it was you calling and another when I passed on the encouragement from Shelby.

Hi Doug and I pray that Brian will be back to feeling better soon, as he's been through so much and you and Carol, too! I think of and pray for him often and others on the forum! May you all get some well needed sleep and that Brian is up and smiling with his beautiful smile! May our Savior's sweet love and peace surround you all with comfort and strength to endure and overcome all things! Never forget our Lord is right there with you and will not fail to hear and answer our prayers! :angel:
