Prayers needed for little Leelan...

Casey is up to the hospital with him right now. She took him to the local medical clinic and was told Leelan diabetes, thyroid or heart problem...based on what the 'doc' read in a book. So Casey took him to the hospital. They just got into a room and are waiting to find out what is going on.

Please pray for little Leelan and also a safe trip home for Casey, Leelan and Casey's girlfriend who is up with her at the hospital.

Also Sherry is very sick and this is day 3 and feeling worse - not better.

Prayer for her as well please.

Heard on the news tonight that many people who have the H1N1 flu are being misdiagnosed with other things. I hope this is not the case here as they need to get the medicine very quickly for this flu. I will be praying.

Leelan has been poked 11 times trying to find somewhere to get blood. He is swelling up and last heard he was beat red. A slew of doctors have looked at him and they are still trying to determine what is wrong with this little boy. Sherry says she had noticed his heart didn't sound right many times when she held him. Will post more when we know anything. Right now we want to go up there to the hospital to be with Casey but Sherry knows she cannot take whatever whatever bug that she has and pass it on to others.

There will be no sleep tonight for us. I may have to take tomorrow off from work if nothing else to get some sleep...hoping that is the only reason I will have to take the time off.

I have not seen them - all are asleep and I will be off to work shortly not knowing any more details than that.

We all appreciate your prayers. Will let you all know what I find out when I find out. Has been an exhausting night for Leelan, Mom, Sherry and I to a lesser extent.

God protect them all, in Jesus name.

That crud going around is hitting hard here in Eastern WA and North ID, had it my self for a week and a half... Starting to feel better but wife and kid got it now.
