Previous hunter leaves me mellow yellow

Got to the beach late ish about 19:40 only to see a local regular beat me to it.
He saw us getting to our start point, so I gave him a wave but he didn't even acknowledge it. Met him before but he was reluctant to talk, well I can do without these kind of people.
When he left about an hour later I went over his footprints, sounds kinda silly.
So it was a very sweet find knowing he missed it.

My goal this season (yes I said the "G" word) is to find a mans ring - one I have yet to fulfill. Im pleased to see you do it.

I know the "following in anothers footsteps" feeling too. I do it to my partner often enough that he gets irritated with me. I suppose it was all the more sweeter in your case.

Yep it certainly lit our evening up quite a bit,
Eileen knew there was somethin' up when she saw me doin' the dance. I forgot to say that between us we fished out about $3 worth of clad.

Wouldn't it be something if he reads this forum. Nice find my friend. I have found lots of goodies trailing other hunters and on accassion had a chanceto show them what they missed - which didn't set to well with them.
