Prizm 6 vs Whites Coinmaster GT on nickles

Can anyone tell me if the Whites Prizm 6 is as hot on finding nickles as the Coinmaster GT is. I read in Lost Treasures review on the GT that it seems to like nickles and I was wondering if the Prizm 6 was hot on them too? Thanks, Norm

I haven't seen any difference in the 6T or the GT when it comes to nickels.

The representative at the Ohio Whites distribution told me the GT
is weak on nickels. Now if you had the MXT at 14 kHz you'd have a real killer
on nickels. Mine would have them just jumping out of the ground and into my pocket.

I had 2 of the 6T's and mine wasn't right out of the box as the notch wasnt right and they were nervous etc. traded mine off for other detectors. Maybe the 6GT will be better at grn bal than the ones I had.I've used them all and my favorite was the Prizm v.

What short while I had the GT ,I found that it was a little jumpy on nickles when it came to IDing them..

The Coinmaster GT doesn't have any problem hitting nickels.

I was told by my dealer that the GT was the EXACT SAME DETECTOR as the Prizm VI with the exception of the color of the control box.
