Pro pointer interference

I have to switch of my M6 when I turn on my pro pointer as it makes a crackling sound in my headphones..and ideas?

They are 2.7 kHz difference. Have you tried just turning the sens down on the M6? Maybe just placing the coil a little further away from the hole? Do you have a wireless headset?

First time I've heard of the PP crosstalking with another detector. If the M6 has a frequency adjustment I would think that would solve the problem since the PP operates at one frequency - 12 khz.

If I move the coil away it quiets down, I don't have wireless headsets.
Thanks all for the help!

The M6 just has a sens and disc knob. GB toggle. No frequency adjust. The M6 runs at 14.7 so I guess that's pretty close to the 12 the PP works at? It's probably because that Pinpointer is set HOT!
