Hello to all. I write from Spain. In the first place I want felicitaros to all by this magnificent forum. I have a serious problem with this detector, not to form it to look for currencies and I put if it as it comes from it makes does not look for anything practically. I what I want at the moment am to only look for currencies and this detector toots by all the sides. Somebody podria to help me? thank you very much and greetings.
What you need to do, is put a piece of white tape on the screen, where the various targets show up. Next, run your common coins about 4" across the coil, and make a note where they read on the tape. Silver of course will read the same, no matter what country. That should give you some nice baseline information to hunt. You can now set up your own program, eliminating typical junk targets, to make your hunts more successful and enjoyable.
I live in Canada, and our coins don't show up where the shown icons are on the screen. I have just learned how our coins read, and have done well. I have found well over 100,000 coins using Garrett metal detectors.
Greetings Carlos and welcome. Not sure I understand your problem. Is this detector new to you and are you new to the hobby? Could you be a little clearer with your explanation. What specifically are you looking for? How do you have your detector set up?

Welcome to the forum.
If you are hunting for Euro es, then I'd suggest that you use the jewellery mode. If I my memory is correct, then a lot of old Roman coins were made from iron, so you would need to hunt in all metal and dig the size B iron targets.
It looks as if you are using a translator program to talk to us. Some of the key words didn't translate, so it'll take a couple of goes before we understand some of your comments.
All the best.
Mick Evans.
Yeah it needs a little polish yet to come through clear. I think he wants to use all metal but doesn't understand it and will have a helluva time if he is new to detecting or the machine and the hobby.
You sure are lucky. I haven't found anything that pre dates 1900. Australia is too young to find anything more than a couple of hundred years old. I do have a gold field only 50 miles away.
