Found this pic on another forum. Apparently the guy who owns the bike is an adventure seeker Let the good times roll I plan on doing some mods to my KLX..........hmmmm where do I start...........ah yes thats right, firstly the detector saddle followed by the.................silent exhaust for stealth mode

A good bikes the way to go I reckon. Just wish the old vertebrae were as good as they were ten years ago and Id get one myself.

Thats not a bad idea. I've thought about getting a motor bike but where to stash the detector when

Good to see you're still at it !
Attached is a pic of my prospecting vehicle taken at Tooloom NSW 2 weeks ago. No gold but had fun.
Notice the brown box, I made it to fit the xterra (and the bike), straps down over the back seat.
The bike is my primary transportation, it's great on the road, just a bit heavy for the real rough stuff.
