Quattro and wet soil

Does anyone know whether wet soil effects the performance of the quattro? And if so to what degree? TY HH Yazoo

I haven't seen it affect it detrimentally. It typically gives any machine more depth due to better conduction and attenuation of the detector frequencies. Or so I've often heard it said. And I have indeed noticed greater depth in soil after a fresh soaking rain. And the Quattro goes deeper in the wet sand at the beach than just about any machine I've ever seen. So I would say that wet ground would enhance the depth with the Quattro. As with any machine.
