Question About My DetectorPro PI Unit

Little bits of wire made my PI unit go nuts today...Is the PI also this sensitive to small gold?????

Little bit of iron & steel wire will do it all the time.

As you remove some soil you should be getting a larger sounding target, and you should be able to LD it better. Stuff like that sometimes gives a double beep on way, but not the other way. They don't center properly in the coil.

I still dig them up, because one can never tell, under that crap may be a good target that others missed.
