Question about replacement backphone headband

What exactly comes with this? Does it come with speakers and is it prewired? Can I just attach the headphone control and be ready to roll?

Im referring to the replacement headband that is sold for $21.

Thanks! That what I was hoping. I have only hunted with my WS4s a couple times and they don't seem like they are going to hold up. One of the side joints that is supposed to "lock" is already to the point where it just flops around and won't friction lock any longer. Luckily, when the phones are on my head it doesn't matter, but I'm concerned about long term durability if I am already having issues (albeit minor).

I've had my WS4 headphones from new (2yrs) and had no problems with them and use them all the time.
I did get a replacement set as backup just incase. because they seemed so flimsy... but haven't used them yet.
The only issue I've had is the center pivot pin wants to work it's way out ever so often.
I just push it back it and keep on going.
I did line my carrying case so it wouldn't scratch the phones.
I really like them... light and easy to store.
