Hello Eric!
I am new to PI machines but have always thought
that they would be interesting to try.
After reading this forum, curiosity got the best
of me and I ordered a CS-6PI.
I,ve read messages in this forum suggesting changing the pulse width to see if the signal fades as a means of target id.
My question is this....
Is the amount of fading a constant and could digital comparison between alternating pulse widths be a possible way to make a display to id
possible metal type as on vlf machines.
Maybe not terribly accurate but neither are the
displays on many machines that I've seen.
Thanks!
