Question on the rechargeable pak for the Se PRO

I LET THE BATTERY CHARGE OVERNIGHT AND ALL I CAN GET IS 11.36 ARE THEY SUPPOSE TO GO OVER 12 VOLTTS ?

Put the pack in and you should see the a full battery icon . . . . . . there should be no problem with an SE Pro pack (assuming it was the one that came with the unit and not one pulled from an old detector)

The books for my XS and Etrac both suggest charging the batteries for 16 hours. I used to just do overnight, but now try to get close to a 16 hr. charge on the rechargeables. Also, mentioned, if the battery is new, it may take several recharges to achieve maximum charging ability. I don't know if that's correct, just what the manual suggests. I hunt with two others using XS or IIs. One uses a rechargeable like I do, the other uses the AAs. Way to expensive for me to go that route however. I very rarely have to go to the AA pack charging like I do. Good luck with the charging and especially the hunting.

Just tested my new Etrac battery that had been fully charged 4 hours ago and left in the cold car since. It tested 11.32 volts.
