Question on the Sunray X-12

Hey all,

I got the stock 10.5" and the ML 8" which I believe is a 7.25" coil, my question is does the X-12 have a shorter hot strip when you pinpoint? My stock 10.5 has a much wider hot strip than my stock 8" and so I like the 8" much better... so how does the hot strip compare with the two stock coils. After trying my stock 10.5 I am considering getting an X-12 if it is shorter when you pinpoint.
Also what about the Coiltek Platypus coil, it looks to be a good one too!!

Sorry I just read your post today!
But I have used the X-12 in Heavy trash and still Had NO problem Pinpointing with it!
The same areas I would not even try and pinpoint with the Stock coil!
