"Are there any field test reports yet"? Reports coming back from prototype testers are good.

"Has anyone been able to get their hands on one yet"? Only people testing prototypes.

"Also, when will they be available to the general public to buy"? Soon.

"Not sure if this (TDI) is up and running yet.!!! Bob" Not quite yet.

It is a licensed copy of Eric Foster's Gold Scan-5, which has been around for several years. The questions that need to be asked
is whether it will be Eric's B or C model. Also if the new AFTERBURNER which adds even more TX power,
which Eric is working on, but has not completed yet can be added later. Will it accept ML coils like Eric's GS-5,
which means there is a large number of types and sizes already available?:whites:
[Eric has taken the GS-5 as far as it will go, which means he is working on something really NEW.]:clapping:

Hi vlad,

It is not a "copy" of the Goldscan 5. All detectors are based on what came before. There have been over two years of field tests and modifications done to the original base unit. White's did not just take a Goldscan 5 and put a White's sticker on it. So the answer is it is not Eric's B or C models. It is White's model. And yes, it can use industry standard coils in addition to new patent pending coils from White's.

Any idea when they will be released to the public. Also, should I start morgage procedings on my car so I can buy one???Or just an arm and leg??????? Bob

Hi Bob,

Not too much longer I hope. It won't be cheap but it will be affordable. Only White's knows what the retail is for sure.
