Question

I'm not sure yet, but it does have a program in 3.2 called "Goldfield" which a true all metal mode with some program tweaks for better performance in hot ground. I plan to try mine relic hunting in VA soon where the red clay is full of iron and minerals. It may be able to run with pulse machines, but I haven't tried it.

Thanks - Just moved from VA. The red clay you are talking about is mostly in the mountains and the Shenandoah foothills. In Richmond, Williamsburg and VA Beach, you will have no problems. My CTX3030 was finding everything from Civil War relics to 1717 Spanish Silvers to gold rings in the surf. Best of luck to you...and thanks for the feedback.
