Does anybody know the pulse delay speed of the
CS-6? How would you rate it as a beach detector?
 
I think it's 15uS Ed...from what I've heard it's basically a CS7 in non-waterproof trim, and the folks here really like the CS7's sensitivity to small stuff.

Hi Ed,
The design was for 15Us., but in reailty it's more like 18uS. The design is very close to the CS7, but the CS7 is microprocesser controled.
The unit works well.
