Quoting an update from Doug about Brian....Smiles!

"It has been a long three days for me and it sure is good to be back with Brian and Carol. I wish I had a picture of his smile when I walked through the door to his room.

We all went down to the cafeteria so that Carol and mom could get something to eat, dad and I ate on the way back this morning.

Brian is off of all the IV's and the pain pump now and the swelling in his face has gone down so much he looks like his old self again. And, I can't get enough smiles from him.

He wrote this note to me a few minutes ago.

"Dad, you don't know how much I've missed you, evertime I thought about you I cried cause I really missed you dad...I wished you had never left!"

We hope to get home Monday or Tuesday.

Praise the Lord for His comforting, healing and loving touch on Brian! God blesses His own and hears the prayers of His saints!

Thank You, God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit....we give you praise for being with Brian and family and helping them to overcome the trials they have had to face, for we know you are right there with each one and giving them the strength to go through whatever they or any of us have to endure!
