If you are like me and still on dialup there is a solution to slow loading of forum pages.

Dump IE and switch over to Mozilla firefox! Forums pages load almost instantly on my old puter when using firefox. You do not have to wait for all the headers and animated gif advertising to reload each time, they come up right away and the smileys and no text icons on member posts are there right now!
