as some of you (those on the old t2 forum ) will recall about a year ago i found a bronze age socketed spear ,this was in two pieces and unfortunately the socketed part with the other lashing lug was missing ,i went out today and found the missing piece about 20 yards away from where the first pieces came up ,so here it is in its virtually full glory ,back together like a ancient jigsaw after 3500 years in the ground ,i am feeling very pleased with myself and the impeccable T2 ,thanks D.J you really know how to make them ,the first pic is the spear as it was ,the second pic is the missing piece and the last one is the complete item

Outstanding find! Especially since all too often we will find a part of a good relic only to have the other part or parts completely elude us. Your finding the other part is a credit to your meticulous technique, the excellent qualities of the T2 and the uncompromising efforts of Dave Johnson and his team that has given us an outstanding detector. That spearhead belongs in a place of honor in your collection. Congratulations again!

Congrats Cooenwolf, I was reading on rogers-relics-uk.com that Wales was a poor area to detect in. I'm only 2 or so hours away so where would you suggest for a go? It would have to be a beach as
I dont know any landowners down your neck of the woods. My area is West Midlands. Best o luck.
