Hope to get caught up in the next few days. I think of and pray for y'all often! Loren is slowly, but surely getting better. Her pain is lessening and she is starting to speak again and flash us a smile every so often. It has been so rough...on everyone. If I had known how rough this would be on her, I don't know if I could have made her have the surgery. I guess it's a good thing I didn't know...cause she needed it. It's hard to keep a Five year old calm when they are in such pain they are shaking
Crying and coughing increases the risk of bleeding, so sometimes we feel like we are walking a tightrope. Praise God, no bleeding so far. We should be outta danger in about 10 more days. Travis and I seem to have picked some kind of bug up at the hospital and have been dealing with that as well. Due to having a sick chick, I have been doing laundry and dishes like crazy. A couple days ago, our drains started bubbling and not moving water. Someone is coming today to look at our septic system and hopefully, it just needs to be pumped. I cannot fathom having to deal with having a new system put in right now. I haven't been able to do laundry, run my dishwasher or the like for two days now
There's more, but it's just too dang depressing to type...lol. Anyways, I am looking forward to getting caught up on the forum and "see" what everyone has been into!
