After using the stock coil for just over a year now on the XS...... as soon as the Platypus arrived It has not been off the Explorer. I have been trying near impossible heavy trashy parts in the parks and this coil seems to sniff'em out better than the 10" stocker. As the weather is finally getting to the point of a few hour hunt here, I'v been pushing the platypus to the max.My ears are blown away in some of these spots and here is some of the stuff I pulled out today.Settings were Sensitivity at 26,Threshold at 6(personal favorit)
Volume 10, Gain 10,Variability 10,limits 10,Sounds FERROUS, Noise cancel at beginning of each hunt
Responce normal,Recovery Fast on.Deep on
Platypus loves the ground(NO AIR)
Thanks for lookin

HAd to they were to blackened from the high mineralization of the soil in that part of the park.
I did not "rub" clean'em I dipped'em in a silver cleaner no rubbing tarnish remover called "Instant Dip" <img src="/metal/html/biggrin.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":D">
