I use Midwest Refineries. They pay 95% spot and turn around a check in a week. They have always been at what my calculators say on payments also. They don’t require any paperwork unless you’re scrapping over $10k worth a quarter or something crazy like that.
Edit: I haven’t scrapped silver so I’m not sure what their payout is, but all payouts are listed on their website.
