Red Heat Tornado Very Rare in the U.S. "Cult Detector"

Detectors detectors everywhere, walls are filled, closets filled, even hanging from ceiling. I need the space for other projects!

This detector was developed and manufactured by Vic Fiveash(RIP) in London UK for use along the Iron infested banks of the Thames River. It operates at 13KHz with a 8.5 inch Double D coil with very fast recovery. It's real strength is pulling low conductivity items like gold, lead, and brass out of iron infested ground. With 8 AA batteries on board it weighs a mere 3lbs, which combined with the underarm straight shaft makes swinging it all day very easy.

The detector does show signs of use but is perfectly functional and ready to go afield.

Includes Printed Manual.

Bill, if the Tornado is half as good as my XD-17 , then this is a great buy on a fantastic unit. This would be a relic hunters dream machine. If I did not have one I would buy it.

These units were designed to work in Europe where they have a lot of what they call coke. It is harsh minerals in the soil. Do a Google search and you will find some info on the units.

Good luck

If this unit is still available, who would be able to service it if necessary since the original developer is deceased and the comany is no longer in business? Thanks.
