Red racer coil fix

Got broken stock coil ears on the original red racer,,,both are broken off..Anyone have this problem,and what was your fix? Thanks

Those wings look kinda stout to be broken. You using it as a shovel???😂😂
Dont know if there is fix but have you contacted the manufacture?

If not under warranty, manufacturer will do nothing except maybe offer a small discount on a new one. I have experience there with a broken wire on a new looking coil. It's kind of like the old Acme guarantee: If it breaks in half, both halves are yours!

Do you have the missing pieces? I saved a Relic coil by glueing the pieces back on and then glueing a hard fiber washer to the outside edges….
