Thanks, Boo. Nice song...I have to admit this young'n isn't a big fan of Southern Gospel, but the words are what count. We all have different tastes and styles but crave the same GOD!

Hi Liz, I was raised on the Southern Gospel songs and Country music and most of this modern day stuff I don't care for, but like you said He is the same God that we sing about! I really like the old Pentecostal songs, they rock, as you younguns say! :punch: Praise His Holy name, Jesus! Amen! Ma Betty

Hey, Ma. I am an odd duck. I like country and bluegrass (I love bluegrass gospel, but I'm not a huge fan of Southern Gospel. Now that I think on it, it doesn't make much sense. Maybe Travis is right...I am complicated. LOLOL!

That is okay Liz and I really like Blue Grass too.....I am always spiritually blessed when I hear them play those instruments and sing! I get a big kick out of Mark Lowry, who is a good Christian comedian and he sings well too! I listen to the Gaithers almost every afternoon and they have programs on their trips to Israel and to Ireland and about different musicians who've sung and played piano and all kinds of instruments through the years! My ancestors are Irish, so I really like those songs and the music is haunting everytime I hear them! You aren't complicated but a blessing and, hopefully, apprecated! :) Ma Betty
