Repair help wanted!

I bought an old G&G Technology Bobcat II off eBay and doesn't work. (Go figure!) Found a couple of wires that needed soldering back on and still no worky. Does anyone know where I might send it for repairs other than East Texas Detector Repair? Thanks for any help I might recieve. Ron
