It was buried 6" deep in a local soccer field. Measures 4"x5" (100mm x 125mm), weighs 2.2 oz. (62 grams) and is .025" (.635mm) thick. I scraped the edge and it looks like solid copper. Did a Google search for corrugated copper and got roofing shingles. Did a Google search for ribbed copper and got arts & crafts, jewelry and sinks. Has anyone seen this in roofing, HVAC or washboards?
I live northeast of Philadelphia, about 3 miles from Williams Penn's house. This is a Revolutionary War area (Washington's Crossing and such).
Thanks,
