I found these about 3 feet into the ground, settled in around an old broken water pipe made of brick. I was wondering if anyone could please tell me what kind of stone these are. My best guess would be quartz. Im not sure.

Rock or possibly crystal identification

Pretty hard to tell with the pics. Try scratching it with a knife. If it doesn't scratch then maybe some form of silicate mineral. If they don't scratch a SWAG for the red ones could be jasper. Others could be calcedony. Jasper is a variety of calcedony. Where did you find them?

My camera isnt very good. I haven't tried scratching the stone, but i did try scratching glass with the stone. And it definitely left a mark. I found them in my backyard. In South Georgia. Thank you for ur help.

There's so many, i mean bucket after bucket. And the deeper i go, the bigger and more vibrant the stones become

If they scratch glass, it does sound like a silicate group mineral. They appear generally well rounded, so they have been tumbled in a river. The last picture shows stones on the ground which are in focus. Based on that picture, it appears the reddish coloration is a surface stain (probably iron) on the relatively recently broken piece.
You can look up geologic maps of your area at the USGS maps website - https://ngmdb.usgs.gov/ngmdb/ngmdb_home.html. There are quartzite and gneiss/mica schist formations in some of the southeast Georgia maps I browsed. So my guess is you have a river deposit of mostly quartzite cobbles stained by iron in the groundwater or leaching from the overlying soil. The goldish colored speckled stone may be a mica schist. This material may have been placed by the truckload as fill around the old pipe. If so, it may be a drain field for an old septic field.

If the crystals can scratch glass, are six sided, and especially if there are very fine striations along the long axis of the side faces (not the termination facets), then I would say smoky drusy quartz.
