Rumors of the GOOD kind at my workplace!!!

...My foreman and good friend told me tonite management is thinking of putting us on 4-10 hr days,instead of 5-8 hour days,that way the Co. will save 20% in energy,etc......All I can say to that isGO FOR IT!!!They have to work out the details as to which shift would start the week:3rd shift(mine)at 9PM Sunday-7AM and have Thursday thru Saturday night off,or 1st7AM-5PM,3rd start Monday night9PM-7AM,and haveFriday thru Sunday night off-I personally like starting Monday night,and havin the whole weekend off-esepecially since Sunday is Church day,spending time with family,etc.now its gettin warmer;excellent for cook-outs,relaxing and not having to worry about getting ready to go to work Sunday night-Ultimately;its up to managment;though.....

I use to work four 10's and I really liked it , I did alot of fishing on friday. Now I work 4 nine hour days and friday I work 4 hours. Which isn't to bad either.
