"S" rod or Minelab "Post" rod...

Hi Eric and Mr. Bill,
I notice that the Goldquest SS has an "S" type rod (which I would prefer) but during your Arizona testing you used what looked to me like a "Post" rod similar to my Minelab's...
Will we have a choice or will you go with the "S" rod like the Goldquest.. It's kind of important to me since I have some "special" uses for your GS5..
Best Regards,
Jim

Hi Jim,
I do not supply rods with the detectors I ship to Mr Bill, so he adds them Stateside. I believe he can supply either type, but I will let him confirm on that one.
Eric.

What you see in my photos is the set up I needed to fly there with the detector

Thanks Mr. Bill & Eric for your flexibility.. Kind of refreshing in this day and age...
Jim

Are you still selling upper rods for the Deepstar ? After many years use I've just stripped and repainted mine but couldn't do much about the internal salt corrosion.
