Since Safari does not have back light this cap has really been very useful late in the evening.It works better with protective panel cover off Safari.Great for home projects,Night crawler hunting,coin hunting with any detector.It has 3 LED and 3 different settings It was given to me last Christmas I know I have wore it about 100 hours and have never put batteries in it.The only thing it says on hat is Panther vision until version Safari II comes out with back light this has been a very usable solution.
