Hi,
Just went to a city park and had about 3 hours to hunt (trying to gain more Safari experience). I started at the basketball courts, and never left...
While just covering the inner perimeter, I nabbed 89 coins, including my first ever Sacajewea Dollar coin, and also a men's gold wedding ring (no personal engraving on it). There were at least 5 separate spills of at least 4 coins (one had 12 pennies, and another had 8 mixed nickels, dimes and quarters).
I am finally getting the hang of the Safari sounds and signals. After 4 trips with it, I am finally confident with it (maybe that helped a bit today).
I have always had good luck around basketball courts, since shirts, jackets, etc. are slung to the ground before play begins.
Apparently, no one had hunted these courts in quite awhile. If they had, they surely would have gotten these coins. I do know that others hunt that park...
