Safari In Trashy Sites - Conductive OR Ferrous Mode Best ?

Safari***Ohio

New member
I know it's been discussed in other threads but I just wanted some opinions ... for hunting old trashy foundation sites ... do you like using the Safari in Conductive or Ferrous mode ?
What have you found to be the pro's and con's of each of these modes ? Exactly how are you cross saving to get to save the program ?
Thanks ! , Mark

To cross save, I push and hold the all metal button because it is of the Ferrous mode. While holding I press and hold the coin button until it says save. Release the all metal button and you will see the ferrous icon in the upper rt. hand part of the screen, and the modified signal over by the coin button. Then I go over and take out 40 because all I have ever seen under 40 is rusted iron. Onus
