Safari or SE

Does anyone know if the Safari and the Explorer SE have the same depth? They both have 28 freq's, A dealer told me the only deference is the Explorer SE gives much more information for targets, but the Explorer won't find anything the Safari can't find. Thanks, Gene

I called and talked to the Minelab representative in Las Vegas and he said the same thing.

The safari sings sweeter... Actually Id is the only difference.

You mean the tones are better. It hits more targets..or something all together different.
